Richard Leandro Garcia
                        

                     After completing a B.A. in psychology with a minor in broadcasting from Minot State University of Minot North Dakota, I moved to Seattle Washington to  studiy/perform/write theater under Dr. Tawnya Pettiford-Wates.  Her troupe The Conciliation Project creates performances from scratch and tours these experiences around the nation with the intent of radical racial social change. Heres an article concerning one of our performances, I am mentioned towards the middle of it.  During this time I worked on several indy films, one noted on IMDb.  She left Seattle to take the head position at Virginia Commonwealth,  with no desire to live in Virginia I decided to study theater/filmmaking under Richard Foreman in the East Village of New York City.  He founded The Ontologocal Hysteric Theater way back when, and is still considered the king of avant-garde theatre in NYC by the NY times. He really enjoyed 'Breakfast with John Lennon',  a feature length movie I never was available to finish due to finances.
